comment spam is bad

If you have not noticed the comment system on this site has been taken over by spam. A drawback from registering with adsense another site I am working on on this server. I overlooked the fact that these people, or scripts, are clever. Regardless I am working in eliminating this matter but if anyone one has suggestions I am open. Thanks.
